We are seeking a Contingent Worker Experience with 3 to 5 years of experience
1) PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: List functions in descending order from the most important/performed most often to the one performed least often/least important Frequency.
Provide support to employee inquiries in the benefits area:
· From a prioritize list, work through processes one by one to ensure process is system optimized as much as possible.
· After areas of question are identified work with internal partners to brainstorm possible solutions.
· Prepare schedule to track areas and possible solutions.
· Review and manage the excel files used to balance and process invoices.
· Present solutions to MD, Total Rewards to determine best next steps.
Documentation of Procedures:
· Ensure all tasks are documented within the benefits area to the level of detail that allows any individual to pick up and reproduce training.
Project Work:
· Identify audit processes or operating gaps that are missing from either our work or that should be done in other areas of the organization.
· Ad hoc projects that may arise during the system transition.
Deliverable:
· Provide uninterrupted client service support to the organization and benefits team during a system implementation.
